Fulton Couny gets its water from Toledo. They in turn sell it to Swancreek Toenship. Swancreek Township originally said that water rates cannot be increased by Toledo as there is a contract in place. I was just wondering if the current water increase by Toledo in fact will be passed on to Counties and Townships, especially Fulton county. This line was originally installed for the steel plant in Delta.
